Trash service to the community is provided by Refuse Removal Results (RRR) and is collected on Tuesday.
Recycling is also collected by RRR and occurs on Thursday.
Please note the very important rules regarding collection:
- Trash cans and recycle bins must be stored inside the garage or home out of plain sight except for when they are placed out for collection after dark on the night before or on the morning of the scheduled collection day.
- All trash cans and recycle binds MUST be promptly retrieved from the curbside by the end of the collection day and returned to the garage or placed out of plain view.

Yes, pets are allowed provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for commercial purposes.
Note that pets can not engage in noxious or offensive activity or constitute a threat to the health or safety of the other Unit Owners.
Howard County Law and Condo Rules & Regulations require all dog owners to pick up their dog’s waste at ALL TIMES and properly dispose of it. Under no circumstances should dog waste be left on the grounds.
Also note that any dog which has been determined to be a “pit bull”, shall not be allowed on any common areas of the community except while muzzled and on a leash. The County/City Laws requiring all pets to be leashed and under the complete control of its caretaker will be strictly enforced. This rule is intended to address the additional liability to the Condominium which could result in increased insurance premiums or cancellation thereof.
